Dear Sirs,

We are extremely great full to you for your cooperation, which you have been extending since last many years.

As you know that substantial and frequent increase in the rates of  raw material  PMC, Electric, Gas, Fuel has been made by the Govt. and it is still going on and on.

This all has made it difficult for us to continue production and supply on existing rates. This has left no alternative with us, but to recalculate the cost at least up to our survival.

We are very well aware that any increase in rate always makes our valued customer uncomfortable but we would try to absorb maximum at our end and pass on the minimum to our customers.

Keeping in view the present situation, we would request you to kindly confirm rates of existing supplies before issuing any purchase order.

We hope you will understand our position and co-operate us in ascertaining the recalculation of price
