Most regretfully it is stated that our balance of Rs. 100,000/=, (detail attached),  is still receivable, although a period of 223 days  has passed.

During the period number of phone calls were made for payment but no response has yet been shown from your side. Under the prevailing crises no body can survive if there payments are stuck up for such a long time.

We therefore very humbly request you to kindly intervene personally in to the matter and ensure payment within a week.
