Subject: CLAIM AGAINST BROOKEN CARTONS

Sirs,
On 02-03-15 54 No cartons of bottle were
sent to Pakistan Radiation Lahore for GAMA radiation through you. Keeping in
view sensitivity of the protection of the cartons your Cargo service was selected for dispatch and
return from Lahore after radiation , with understanding that your own
containers will handle this cargo without damaging any carton as opening of
carton means radiation process is absolutely destroyed .
Most regretfully it is stated that first you
dispatched the goods through railway, which we could easily do. The only
purpose of paying you heavy freight was protection of goods. However, it was
your absolute responsibility to return the cartons in perfect condition.
On return it is found that 4 No cartons are broken
by you to fill in the little Suzuki, and others are also broken, which is
absolutely against the business ethics. To save your little amount you have
given us loss of Rs. 50,000/= By wasting our radiation, freight
paid on it and breach of commitment which we made to our valued customer for supply of Gama Radiated material.
Under the above situation your claim for return
freight USD. 10,000/= is absolutely unjustified. However, you can deduct your freight out of
our claim of USD. 50,000 /= which you are suppose to pay us as compensation
against our damages, caused by you with the negligence of your staff.
