Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I want to state that our company NAME had sent  consignment from Karachi to Lahore on Jan 02, 2016 through your courier service in which there were one mould shaft, six bottles and six caps but unfortunately one mould shaft was not delivered to consignee/receipt. It is therefore, our company claims for missing mould shaft’s recovery or its delivery to consignee.

I hope Leopard Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd will consider our claim and will take necessary action as soon as possible.
