At present you are opening our L/C’s for Raw material at 20% and for Machinery 50%. We have already made request to you to decrease the margin from 20% to 10% for raw material and for machinery 20% instead of 50%.

We are still waiting for your reply and unable to open L/C’s which are delayed and causing loss to our business.

Subject:                 DEPUTATION OF SECURITY VAN IN SITE

Dear Sir,

We are running industry in SITE  at plot no 1235 with the name of ABC (PVT) LTD and also member of SITE Association.

We are facing security problems in SITE where many industries are being installed and fear of snatching, robberies and threatening always harass us and our workers.

You are requested to kindly depute security van for SITE.

Further, we have already written letters regarding electricity problem in SITE. We are given connection from ABC feeder and facing 6 Hrs load shading due to residential area and KUNDA connection around this area.

Please take up this matter before concerned authorities to resolve our problem. It is also requested that a member of SITE Association make kindly be designated, with whom we may contact to pursue our case.

Hope, under your energetic and experienced leadership our problems will resolved and SITE will be provided all amenities like, Gas, Water, Electricity, Roads and Security.
